My story & how it all started
For years, I thought being “healthy” meant restriction, punishment, and perfection.
I tracked every calorie, over-exercised, and let numbers define how I felt about myself.
But instead of feeling empowered, I felt disconnected from my body, my confidence, and the joy I used to find in food and movement.
My turning point came when I realized that no “perfect plan” could teach me what my body already knew.
I stopped chasing extremes and started learning how nutrition actually works — how food fuels, not fixes.
And for the first time, I felt peace.
